§ 1060.13 TIME LIMITATIONS.

No person shall place refuse, trash or garbage at the curb or curb line before 7:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled pick-up day. If the scheduled pick-up day is a holiday, the refuse pick-up is the following work day.
