(a) The village shall not be responsible for collecting waste or rubble resulting from building demolition, remodeling, repairs or construction. A property owner responsible for causing this waste must arrange for its disposal.
(b) The village will pick up small quantities of such material (i.e., drywall, concrete, bricks, dirt or rocks) provided that it is placed in a proper container and does not exceed 50 pounds.
