(A) All water and sewer mains constructed and connected with the facilities of the town pursuant to this subchapter shall be conveyed to and become the property of the town upon completion and acceptance by the town. Connection to the system and acceptance by the town shall constitute dedication of a water or sewer main extension by the person responsible for the extension.
(B) Following dedication as provided in division (A) above, the town shall have exclusive control of all water or sewer lines and shall be responsible for their maintenance, repair and operations. However, the conveyor of additions to the system shall guarantee the entire project against defective material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion and acceptance of the project, including all incidental damages as may arise from such claims.
