(A) No land shall be used or occupied, and no building or structure erected or altered shall be used or changed in use until a certificate of occupancy/compliance has been issued by the Zoning Administrator stating that the building and/or the proposed use complies with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) A certificate of the same shall be required for the purpose of changing any existing use; as well as for maintaining, reviewing, changing or extending any nonconforming use. The aforementioned certificate shall be applied for coincidentally with the application for a zoning permit and shall be issued within ten working days after the erection or alteration of the building or part shall have been completed in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
(C) A record of all the certificates shall be kept on file and open to the public, subject to state law.
