§ 151.30 PLAT REQUIRED ON ANY SUBDIVISION OF LAND.
   Pursuant to G.S. § 160D-804, a final plat shall be prepared, approved and recorded pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter whenever any subdivision of land takes place.
