§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any violation of § 150.30 of this code subjects the offender to a civil penalty of $100 and any other penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
      (2)   The town may institute injunction, mandamus or other appropriate action in any judicial proceeding to prevent the violation of § 150.30 of this code.
      (3)   Any notice of violation shall be in writing and shall be issued pursuant to G.S. § 160D-404(a).
