§ 132.04 REGULATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.

No person shall operate any motorized all-terrain vehicle on any private property not owned by the operator without the written consent of the owner. As used in this section, a MOTORIZED ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE is a motorized vehicle with two or more wheels designed for recreational off-road use. This section shall not apply to any parade or other special event sponsored or approved by the town.
