(A) Regular meetings. The Board of Commissioners shall adopt a schedule of regular meetings at least seven days before the first designated meeting. The schedule of regular meetings shall be posted in the office of the Town Clerk and posted on the town’s website.
(B) Special meetings. Special meetings of the Board may be held, after 48 hours’ notice, upon the call of the Mayor or upon the request in writing of any two members of the Board of Commissioners. Notice of the time and purposes of special meetings shall be posted at the Town Hall, and due notice shall be given to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the time and purposes of special meetings.
