§ 93.04 TRANSFER OR SALE OF LOTS.
   In the event any purchaser or owner shall desire to dispose of the lot, only the town shall have the right to purchase such lot and shall pay the full price which was originally paid for the lot. No person shall transfer ownership of any lot except upon written permission of the Board of Commissioners.
