§ 176.01 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   Section 130.02(A) through (D) of the Minnesota Basic Code, regarding firearms, shall be amended to read:
   (A)   Discharge of firearms prohibited in certain places. No person shall hereafter fire off, discharge, or explode any gun, pistol or other weapon, except as provided in this section within city limits.
   (B)   (Reserved.)
   (C)   (Reserved.)
   (D)   (Reserved.)
