Section 151.39(A) of the Minnesota Basic Code, regarding parking and storage of certain vehicles, shall be added to read:
(A) Cargo/shipping containers/truck vans. Cargo/shipping containers/truck vans shall be prohibited for use as a storage structure, except as a temporary unit for moving purposes for a period of not more than one consecutive month in a twelve month period or as a temporary construction project container for limited time not to exceed three months and removed within 30 days of completion of the project.
