§ 177.14 RESIDENTIAL REGULATIONS.
   Section 151.47(C) and (D) of the Minnesota Basic Code, regarding residential regulations, shall be amended to read:
   (C)   Side and rear yard requirements. No fence or wall located in a side or rear yard shall be of height exceeding 72 inches (six feet), measured from its top edge to the ground at any point.
   (D)   Front yards. No fence or wall over 48 inches in height shall be located in a front yard.
