§ 177.13 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   Section 151.46(A) through (C) of the Minnesota Basic Code, regarding general requirements, shall be amended to read:
   (A)   All fences shall require a permit.
   (B)   No fence shall contain barbed wire, except within an agricultural district.
   (C)   No fence shall be charged with electric current, except within an agricultural district.
