SECTION XVIII: EFFECTIVE DATE:

This ordinance shall take effect on the 8th day of January, 2020. Copies thereof shall be filed with the Commissioner through the Office of Aeronautics, State of Minnesota, and the Register of Deeds, Morrison County, Minnesota.

Passed and adopted after public hearing by the Little Falls/Morrison County Joint Airport Zoning Board this 8th day of January, 2020.
