If the city has in existence on the effective date hereof a municipal liquor store for the sale of intoxicating liquor, the store is continued. Except as provided in section 3.27 of this chapter, no intoxicating liquor may be sold at retail elsewhere in the city. (Ord. 78, 6th Series, eff. 7-6-2015)
