Each license shall be issued for a maximum period of one year. All licenses, except temporary licenses, shall expire on December 31 of each year unless another date is provided by ordinance. All licenses shall expire on the same date. Temporary licenses expire according to their terms. A consumption and display permit issued by the commission of public safety, and the accompanying city consent to the permit, shall expire on March 31 of each year. (Ord. 78, 6th Series, eff. 7-6-2015)
