A. Scope: The provisions of this chapter and chapters 8 and 9 of this code relate exclusively to the streets, alleys and private roads in the city, and the operation and parking of vehicles upon such streets, alleys and private roads.
B. Failure To Comply: It is a misdemeanor for any person to wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any peace officer invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic. (1976 Code)
