§ 31.15 APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL.
   (A)   The governing body may appoint a Municipal Clerk, Treasurer, Attorney, Overseer of the Streets and Marshal.
   (B)   It shall also appoint a Board of Health consisting of three members, the Chairperson of the Village Board, who shall be Chairperson, and two other members. One member shall be a physician or health care provider, if one can be found who is willing to serve. Such physician or health care provider, if appointed, shall be the Board’s medical advisor. If the governing body has appointed a Village Marshal, the Village Marshal may be appointed to the Board and serve as secretary and quarantine officer.
   (C)   The governing body shall also appoint such additional officials and employees as it may determine the municipality needs.
   (D)   All such appointees shall hold office for one year, unless sooner removed by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees by and with the advice and consent of the remainder of the Board of Trustees. If the municipality has a Municipal Water Commissioner, the Municipal Water Commissioner may at any time, for sufficient cause, be removed from office by a two-thirds’ vote of the Board of Trustees.
