§ 132.05 CURFEW.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 19 to remain in or upon the public streets, sidewalks, alleys, parks, public buildings or other public places, or to ride in or upon, drive or otherwise operate any automobile, bicycle or any other vehicle in, upon, over or through the streets, or other places of the village, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following day unless such person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care and custody of such person. When an activity of the kind normally attended by minors terminates after or less than one hour prior to the curfew time, in such case the curfew shall commence one hour after the activity ceases. Minors gainfully employed or participating in similar obligatory activities may be exempted from curfew obligations; provided, that at the time of the exemption they are proceeding in the most direct route and in a timely fashion to or from such obligatory activities.
   (B)   The provisions of this section are hereby specifically made applicable to certain designated parking lots and similar semi-public, but privately owned, places located within the village limits as specified by resolution of the governing body.
