(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.30 through 92.35 for which no other penalty is imposed shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and be fined in any sum not exceeding that permitted by state law for violation of a municipal ordinance.
