§ 92.34 FAILURE TO CORRECT.
   In the event that the owner or occupant of said premises fails to correct and eliminate said nuisance pursuant to the notice to correct delivered by the Village Clerk, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $100. Each day’s violation after the expiration of the 15 days’ notice shall be a separate offense.
