The rules and regulations promulgated by the office of the State Fire Marshal relating to fire prevention are incorporated by reference into this code and made a part of this subchapter as though spread at large herein together with all subsequent amendments thereto. One copy of the Fire Prevention Code shall be on file with the Municipal Clerk and shall be available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
