§ 34.037 COMMAND AUTHORITY AT FIRE.
   The Fire Chief, or in his or her absence the shift captain on duty, as the case may be, shall take command at a fire, and all officers and members of the Fire Department and bystanders shall observe and obey his or her orders and instructions.
