(A) Employees eligible for a longevity policy are those who have attained a minimum of 30 years of service in the Litchfield Fire Department and are 50 years of age; and
(B) As each employee becomes eligible, they shall be granted an additional increase in longevity of 7% for the first 2 consecutive pay periods following the date of initial eligibility.
