(A) Corporate limits and contiguous areas. This chapter shall be applicable within the corporate limits of Litchfield and within the unincorporated contiguous territory not more than 1 1/2 miles beyond the corporate limits.
(B) Annexed territory. Whenever any territory is annexed to the city, the annexed area shall be zoned the same designation as it was prior to its annexation.
