§ 33.32 OFFICERS.
   (A)   At the first meeting of the Commission and at the first meeting in every year thereafter, the Commission shall designate 1 of its members as chairperson, 1 as vice chairperson and as secretary. The officers shall continue to be entitled to vote upon all matters coming before the Commission. The City Clerk shall be appointed as treasurer of the Commission. The treasurer shall not vote upon any matter coming before the Commission.
   (B)   The chairperson shall preside at all meetings when present, and in his or her absence the vice chairperson shall preside. The secretary shall keep or cause to be kept a record for all to inspect as all other municipal records. The records of the Commission shall be kept at the municipal office of the city, which shall be the Commission office.
   (C)   No member of the Commission shall receive compensation for his or her services. The treasurer of the Commission may receive compensation as shall be determined by the Commission.
