(A) There is further created the position of hearing room security personnel, which shall be a qualified, off-duty, full-time, part-time, or auxiliary police officer.
(B) Hearing room security personnel are hereby authorized and directed to:
(1) Maintain hearing room decorum;
(2) Have and execute authority as is granted to courtroom deputies of the circuit court; and
(3) Perform those other duties or acts as may be reasonably required and directed by the hearing officer.
