§ 117.12  LOST BAGGAGE; DELIVERY TO OWNER OR POLICE.
   (A)   Whenever any article of baggage or package of goods or other articles is left by any person in or upon any licensed taxicab or other vehicle for the conveyance of passengers, goods, or baggage, within the city; or when any article or package is left in the care of the driver of the vehicle, that driver shall, upon the discovery thereof, forthwith deliver the same at police headquarters, into the hands of the officer on duty there, unless the article or package is sooner delivered by him or her to the owner or person entitled to the possession thereof.
   (B)   No driver of any vehicle of this type shall neglect or refuse to comply with any provision of this section.
