§ 117.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of operating a taxicab in the city without first having secured a license therefor.
   (B)   Applications for these licenses shall be made in writing to the Clerk and shall state therein the name of the applicant, the intended place of business, the number of cabs sought to be operated, and the motor number and the state license number of each cab sought to be operated. If the applicant is a corporation, the names and addresses of the president and secretary shall be given. Not more than 5 licenses shall be issued to any 1 person.
