(A) Every person licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall, immediately upon receiving the license, place and keep the same conspicuously posted in his or her place of business.
(B) No person so licensed shall fail, neglect, or refuse to so place and keep his or her license; nor shall any person, not being licensed, post or cause to be and remain posted any paper or document purporting to be a license.
