§ 114.07 AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE COLLECTION.
   The City Clerk is empowered and authorized in the name of the people of the city in a suit or suits in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the collection of any unpaid license tax, fines, or penalties provided for in this subchapter.
