§ 114.03 LICENSE TAG; AFFIX TO DEVICE.

(A) The City Clerk shall supply and deliver to the person who displays any device described in § 114.05(C), without additional cost, 1 license tag for each device on which an application is made as required by § 114.01, stating the year for which issued.

(B) The license tag shall thereupon be securely affixed to the device.
