§ 111.37 GAMBLING ON PREMISES PROHIBITED.

No lottery, game of chance, or gaming device not authorized by the Sate of Illinois shall be kept or used in any premises licensed under this chapter. A violation of this section shall subject the offender to a penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code and shall be cause for the revocation of his or her license.
