(A) General. Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Clean-up of animal defecation.
(1) Violations. Anyone violating § 90.03 of this code shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.
(2) Repeat offenses. Any incident which is a first repeat of this offense shall carry a fine of not less than $150, and a second repeat offense shall carry a fine of not less than $300.

(C) Dogs. Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.15 et seq. of this code shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
