§ 90.03 ANIMAL DEFECATION; CLEAN-UP REQUIRED.
   (A)   Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for any person owning, keeping, or having care, custody, or control of any animal, to allow or permit the animal to defecate on any property owned by another person, or any city property whatsoever, including, but not limited to, parks, school grounds, sidewalks, boulevards, or city streets, unless the person shall immediately remove or dispose of, in a sanitary manner, all excreta deposited by that animal.
   (B)   Exceptions. The provisions of this section shall not apply to guide dogs assisting visually impaired or mobility-impaired persons.
