(A) That in order for a merchant, business, or corporation to sell materials or services to the citizens of Litchfield by door-to-door solicitation, that said merchant, business, or corporation must obtain a license to transact business in the city.
(B) That said license shall be obtained from the City Clerk of the city, at a cost of $150 per license.
(C) That in addition to obtaining a license, a bond shall be posted by said merchant, business, or corporation in the amount of $1,000 in order to transact business door-to-door in the city.
