§ 37.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   A Code Hearing Department, an executive department of the city, is hereby created and established, and ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 1-2.2-1 et seq., is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this chapter as though fully set forth herein.
