(A) All notices for the amendment of the zoning ordinance of the city shall be published at least once prior to a public hearing not more than 30 days nor less than 15 days before the public hearing on the amendment for the property in question.
(B) The petitioner shall also hold a public meeting on the issue of the zoning amendment and publish notice of that public hearing at least once in a paper of general circulation not more than 30 days nor less than 15 days prior to the public hearing.
