6-1-9: CONSOLIDATION PLAT REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to consolidate two (2) or more parcels into either one platted lot or multiple platted lots that are fewer in number than the initial lots of real property unless by consolidation plat prepared in accordance with this Ordinance.
