9-2-7: NOTICE TO OWNER OF IMPOUNDMENT:

If ownership of an impounded animal can be determined, the owner shall be notified immediately by telephone or other means if possible, and also by written notice. Such notification shall include the procedure to regain custody of the animal. (Ord. 2018-4801, 12-17-2018)
