9-2-4: AUTHORITY OF COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICERS AND POLICE OFFICERS:

Community service officers and/or police officers shall enforce animal regulations. A community service officer shall have authority to issue citations for violations of this chapter; shall wear a uniform; and shall carry proper identification. (Ord. 2018-4801, 12-17-2018)
