It is unlawful for a child sex offender to knowingly be within five hundred feet (500') of any village park when persons under the age of eighteen (18) are present in the village park, and to approach, contact or communicate with a person under eighteen (18) years of age, unless the child sex offender is a parent or guardian of a person under eighteen (18) years of age present in the village park.
