7-11-10: PENALTIES:

Any person or entity who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as established by Title 1, Chapter 20, “Fees, Fines, Insurance, Guarantees, and Regulatory Measures”. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for every day a violation continues. (Ord. 2003-3465, 6-2-2003; amd. Ord. 2021-4921, 9-20-2021)
