The village board shall revoke a permit issued under the terms of this chapter after a finding of guilt for any of the following causes, which shall constitute violations of this section including:
(A) Fraud, misrepresentation, or any false statement contained in the application for a permit;
(B) Violation of any term or condition of the permit granted to the permittee;
(C) Violation of any term, condition or provision of this chapter or any other chapter of this code. (Ord. 2003-3465, 6-2-2003)
