7-4-11: EMERGENCY TERMINATION OF SPECIAL EVENT:

The chief of police has the authority to immediately shut down a special event in the case of a disaster or severe weather or in order to preserve the safety and welfare of participants of the special event. (Ord. 2005-3963, 11-7-2005; amd. Ord. 2010-4330, 6-21-2010; Ord. 2020-4868, 5-4-2020)
