The village manager’s office shall have the authority to revoke a special event permit issued under this chapter upon a finding that the permittee has violated any of the standards set forth in section 7-4-3 of this chapter. Any revocation will be reviewed by the village board unless time does not permit. In no event will a permit be revoked without prior notification to the village board.
