Trees complying with the provisions of title 5, chapter 26 of this Code are permitted on public rights-of-way. These trees are owned and maintained by the Village, and only the Village shall plant, trim, remove or address insect or disease problems on the parkway trees, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Public Works Director.
