7-1A-5-2: ENCROACHMENTS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected, to retain or cause to be retained, any "encroachment" as defined in this section 7-1A-5 except those set forth as permissible encroachments, within the limits of the Village, County, State and Federal rights-of-way.
