6-6-1: SUPERVISOR OF PLATS; ENFORCEMENT:

The building commissioner is hereby designated as the supervisor of plats. The plan commission shall provide the necessary technical assistance to the said supervisor of plats in checking and reviewing all subdivisions that are submitted for his review. (Ord. 365, 11-3-1970)
