3-25-6: COST OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

If deemed necessary by the village manager or his or her designee, additional police and other village services shall be provide for the purpose of protecting, assisting and regulating the proposed activity. The cost of providing such additional services shall be paid to the village by the applicant. (Ord. 2020-4860, 2-17-2020)
